HOW TO USE.

1. Apply cleanser bubble on eyelash and brush it to cleanse and remove residue.
2. After through cleanse, use saline to wash away bubble.
3. Use clean cotton pad to remove moisture and brush with mascara wand.
4. Apply long life coating sealant.
